We’ve been told that the perfect supplier is the one you can forget about, and we get it. That’s why we want to give our customers peace of mind when it comes to managing their consumables. Once you’ve placed your order, you don’t have to think about it anymore. All you need to do is answer five questions.
Your answers will allow us to calculate how many consumables you’ll need for your drilling contract. From there, we’ll develop a list of products you’ll need for the type of drilling you’ll be doing.
Not only will you hit your targets better, you’ll also save time and a headache or two. And above all, you’ll avoid many unpleasant surprises and even shortages, since we’ll have done all the contingency planning for you.
First step toward a business proposal
Here are the five questions you’ll find in our quote form. They help us identify and better quantify your needs. Just answer them and you’ll receive a complete business proposal!
1. Where will the drilling or coring be taking place?
Above or below ground? This initial information allows us to determine the drill string you’ll need for the project.
2. What is the hole size?
Your choice of B, N, H, P, and other associated dimensions will determine your consumable needs. The walls and diameter may be relatively light and thin, but all of our products meet industry quality standards.
3. What is the average hole depth?
Holes can vary widely in depth—from less than 300 metres to more than 1,500 metres. The average depth of your drill holes will tell us with the best possible accuracy how much product you will need for each drill.
4. What is the total length of the boreholes for your project?
Like the average hole depth, the total distance drilled can vary quite a bit—from less than 1,000 metres to over 25,000 metres. We add the total distance drilled (in metres) to our calculation in order to fine-tune our proposal and make sure it stays accurate until the very end of your project.
5. How many drills are on your project?
Our top-notch service is reliable. We make sure you won’t have to stop work because of a lack of parts, no matter how many drills are running at the same time.
