Rouyn-Noranda, Québec, May 6th, 2021 – MBI Global and VersaDrill Canada are proud to announce that their alliance, founded to further improve synergy between the companies, has evolved into a merger into the Groupe Rouillier.
“MBI Global is remaining a Québec business, which is great news for the regional economy given that so many companies have been taken over by foreign interests in recent years. What’s more, this transaction will not lead to any changes in operations, staffing, or the services offered to our clients. On the contrary, we still have a great need for human resources,” stated Mario Rouillier, MBI’s Chairman of the Board.
