Alexandre Binnie, our Logistics Director, is responsible for managing the entire supply chain, from sourcing to stock management and delivery.
He has been with MBI for over two years.
What does he like most about his position at MBI Global?
“I especially like working with our customers. Being able to meet and talk to people from all over the world is such an amazing experience! I also really enjoy working for a local company with a global reach; I’m really proud of that. Finally, I get such a sense of accomplishment from being able to offer our customers logistics solutions that are tailored to their needs!”
Luc Poulin is a production coordinator and sales representative. He coordinates production activities by planning the way we use human and material resources. He also takes care of contacting current and potential customers to make sure their needs are being met.
Luc has been with us for 14 years!
What does he like most about his position at MBI Global?
“Customer service above all else! This entire time, customer satisfaction has been my greatest pride.”
Samuel Gagnon has been working in technical support for three years. He takes care of customers by helping them improve their performance with our machines, either by making improvements based on their suggestions or evaluating their processes and finding the perfect existing solutions.
What does he like most about his position at MBI Global?
“I have been with MBI Global/VersaDrill for just over four years now, and I’ve been in technical support for three of those years. I especially love going to meet customers! I find it interesting that my work takes me to different parts of the world; it allows me to see cultures and work methods that are different from what we know in Quebec. One thing that makes me love my job is being able to be there when the machines are in demanding working conditions. I get to see the operators’ satisfaction as the machines exceed their expectations.”
